These products can be used on vertical or horizontal surfaces, interior or exterior, & can be applied over surfaces that other products cannot, such as drywall, foam, wood, vinyl, or sealed surfaces, just to name a few.  As their name implies, the Flex-C-Ment products have the unique & exclusive property of having some flexibility, which allows for a minimal amount of surface movement without cracking.  The unique properties of the Flex-C-Ment products make them the most versatile products available.

Vertical Overlay

FLEX-C-MENT WALL MIX is formulated to give a somewhat of a sculpture like performance. It is a cementicious dry mix designed specifically for deep wall textures creating that realistic 3D appearance of various stone and brick patterns. WALL MIX has been tested and developed for years to achieve optimum performance. It is a lightweight insulated overlay material that is applied directly over drywall, wood. masonry and various other surfaces without requiring a foundation. WALL MIX can be applied up to 2"-3" thick without sagging. A few applications include: fireplace surrounds, interior and exterior walls, foundations, retaining walls and chimneys. Available in both Gray & White mixes, the White mix has the added benefit of being waterproof, which opens up additional application opportunities such as shower surrounds, basement walls, etc.   Coloring is achieved by using one of seven base colors & then applying various accent colors to achieve virtually any look desired.  View some of the many possibilities for this unique matererial

Horizontal Overlay

This cementicious dry mix is designed for the most severe wear applications, interior or exterior. Formulated to resist troweling air blisters and shrink cracks. Balanced with additives to enhance curing in temperature extremes. OVERLAY MIX is used on concrete floor applications and as the top coat when overlaying wood surfaces. The overlay mix can be colored, stamped, cut, or carved into just about any design imaginable.  A few interior examples would include, kitchen, dinning room, bathroom, and foyer, with realistic stone, brick and tile designs. A few exterior examples would include, sidewalks, driveways, porch, patios and swimming pool decks.  This material can also be applied over vinyl flooring, ceramic tile, & other flooring materials, often eliminating the need for a costly & time consuming tear-out.  View some example applications.

Countertops

Flex-C-Ment  has now developed it's own special mix for creating concrete countertops. This cementicious dry mix works great for overlaying existing or pouring new countertops. There is no need to replace that old out of style countertop, just resurface it. Surface can be polished smooth or textured to resemble a stone slab, or stamped with a stone, slate or tile design. Proprietary mixes allow for creating different types of marble designs as well as many unique effects created by using different types of aggregate. Application examples include, applying overlay to existing formica, or forming and pouring a new countertop.  View some samples.
